A night, silent and so dark
Nothing moving
A world where the lights went out
A city that does not look its usual self
And from far away I hear
Calm sounds of ocean waves
Only yesterday yet far, far away
"I will always be right here"
That's what you once said
I can't help it, I feel the need to see you
I am right here
Come on over at any time
Distant, the Milky Way
A wish that could never be granted
The longing I had
Shall remain just a longing
But don't disappear just yet
The hands of the clock never stopped ticking
At some point, just a little
The world began to move on
Like in a dream that I cannot wake from
The surrounding scenery
Slowly parted ways with me
As a child
The lights in the night sky I used to count
Do you think it'll reach?
In a quiet voice
But with all of my heart
I will wish upon a star
Laying out the memories
But don't you see it's not enough?
So this is how it is
Only I will end up growing old
Today as well, it's almost time
For the night to be over
But dear God,
Please do not turn away from me
Just a little while longer,
Will you stay by my side

This is an absolute gem of an album--a beautiful, magical work of electronica that invokes fantastical imagery and fills the listener with feelings of wonder, joy, serenity, and awe.
Each song is intricate and intoxicating with its own distinct sound, so much so that they could likely all be sold successfully as individual singles. Picking a favorite from them was quite a challenge.
In any case, it's easily some of the best music I've ever heard. I can't recommend it strongly enough. Kyou
